STORE #308521 Plantation, FL. I made an appointment on Friday July 12 2019 for the purchase and installation of 2 tires the following morning Sat 13 2019 at 10:00 AM. I dropped off the car at 9:55 AM. According to the paperwork, the car would be ready at 12:00 PM (2 hours after drop-off). Having received no call by 2:00 PM (4 hours past drop-off and 2 hours past estimated completion), I called the store and was told that my car was "next in line". Yet another 1 1/2 hours (5 1/2 hours after drop-off and 3 1/2 hours past estimated completion and pick-up), I walked back to the store in 90 degree weather only to find my car still sitting in the original "customer parking" space that I had used when I dropped off the car 5 1/2 hours earlier.

The car had never even been moved to a repair staging area or inside the garage to be worked on. There was only 1 lift out of 6 being used and only 1 mechanic working on a car. The other 2 mechanics and the customer "service" manager were in the front office casually speaking to each other. There were no customers waiting in the office waiting for their cars. The customer service manager didn't even bother to make an excuse or apologize. I asked for my car keys back and drove off without new tires. The only thing I could think of is that the huge sign on my back window condemning Donald Trump for recent atrocities being committed down at the southern border to migrants made me ripe to be subjected to discrimination by Firestone solely based on my political views.

While I can understand the business decision that Firestone Corporate has made to not offend the majority of their customer base, it still appears that this was DISCRIMINATION BY FIRESTONE SOLELY ON THE BASIS OF MY POLITICAL VIEWS. AS I UNDERSTAND IT, THE FIRESTONE MOTTO IS "We're proud of our 115-year history of innovation, service, and quality"; Really?

I blew about 435 dollars on two new pairs of tires. Not only did they take around 4 hours to apply them the alignment was absolutely horrible. My tires wore out in about a month and they absolutely declined it. They told me that I needed to buy a new pair of tires and an alignment from them and that if I just wanted an alignment they wouldn't do it because my tires were so worn. I was so disrespected because the man whom I was talking to told me that I was hot-ridding the car because of how worn the tires which is absolutely untrue. Not only is it absolutely out of his line to assume that when I told him that it was impossible and that I "baby" the car he told me, "hmm, sure" in a sarcastic attitude and quickly changed the subject. I will never come here again and this is the second time I deal with people of this attitude and it's only been my second visit. Horrible staff horrible mechanics.

This service center has the worst attitudes. You call and schedule an appointment and they never get you in on your appointment. This is the 3rd time we have sat for over 2 hours after our scheduled appointment even when they told us to come earlier. They are rude. Never tell you anything. We never will go there again.

I was at Firestone, North Wales, PA today (July 08, 2019). Went in for ac issues. AC stopped working in my car. Everything was ok until I wanted to use a coupon from Firestone website. The associate named Frank billed me 39.99 for an AC performance check. I then tried using a coupon from Firestone website (9.99 for the same check) (https://www.firestonecompleteautocare.com/offers/offer-detail/accheck-1906). This associate then consulted other associates to check if I can use this coupon. He then started behaving extreme rude and unprofessional. He just ignored me and started attending the next customer. I was there for him to apply the coupon and take a receipt. I interrupted him and asked for the receipt. He then applied my coupon and ignored me again.

While I wasn't done, he was trying to help the next customer. I again interrupted him and asked for a receipt. He brought the receipt from printer and just left it in front of me and started to talk with the next customer. He made me feel terrible. I once again interrupted him and said I do not want my car serviced here and asked for my car keys. Frank was extremely unprofessional, rude. He shouldn't be a customer service associate. He doesn't have the basic skills of how to treat a customer. I used Firestone in multiple states, but never had such a horrific experience like this. I do not recommended anyone to deal with this associate at this location.

I went in for a brake job and after 2 returns trips including a letter to the complaint department the issue of soft brakes has never been resolved. The funny thing about this is they asked me to take it somewhere else for a second opinion. Ford charges 180.00, I was not about to pay Ford that a job Firestone should of done correctly.

Firestone in Sterling VA charged me 75 dollars to change a reverse light bulb that took them less than a minute. I will not go back. What is more they never told me the price and when they did the work before I agreed to.

I have been going to Firestone in Palm Harbor, Florida for many years. I own a 2002 Lincoln Aviator and new parts are difficult to find and rebuilt ones are not always up to par. Kelly and Nathan have gone out of their way to find these parts for me and making sure the car is in top running order. My experience with both of these gentlemen has been excellent! They are definitely an asset to the Company and that is why I am taking the time to let others know that they can trust the Firestone Palm Harbor store. Thank you very much Kelly and Nathan!

Got a puncture in my new wheel - a simple small nail through the tread. Took the wheel to the service center for a simple puncture repair. What could possibly go wrong? 4hrs later got call - puncture is not done - "we have ripped the tirewall, please come and look." Sure enough big 8 rip through new tire. How did that happen? No answer. "We can fit new tire. However it's the wrong size, so only temp fix and we will order you a new one to replace the ripped one."

2 days later. "We have your new tire." Visit the repairer, wrong tire! "We will order correct one today and fit that one later today." Call to have it fitted - tomorrow or next day. "We are busy." Kick up a fuss and the tire is replaced on the same day. So here's the cost of incompetence; Loss to Firestone 3 tires @ $250 each -$750 plus labor. Loss to me; 4 additional visits, 3 wheel changes and about 4 hrs of lost time. Just for a silly nail and a simple puncture repair.

I am still baffled by this level of incompetence. Are the techs being trained? What skill levels need to be demonstrated before Firestone techs are let loose on YOUR car? Are we beginning to see the effects of legalised drugs - where many workers are high and dopey? Make AMERICA great again! Cuts the BS and just deliver what your job requires.

5 or 6 months ago I had my truck in for an oil change. I left the vehicle there to pick up later in the day. I received a phone call saying that they checked the air filter and said that it was dirty and asked if they should replace it. I told them that it was a K&N filter and that I would clean it it myself. I brought the truck home and the clamps to the plenum where so loose that the plenum detached from the throttle body and air filter housing on the drive home. What if I didn't get to it right away? How much crap would have been sucked into the engine before I found this? "Well sir we told you it needed to be replaced but you said you would do it so we just left the parts dangling there." REALLY? Never ever will I take my vehicle to Firestone again.

The job was two new tires and alignment with tires warranty for 65000 miles, the two tires worn out after approximately 25000 miles but Firestone at Coit RD in Plano, TX refuse to replace the tires under warranty and offered $170 for two new tires!!! Fake warranty.

I took my truck to Firestone. They wanted to know if I wanted an account and I said no. They offered $10 off bill so I said sure. My truck has been squeaking and I wanted it checked. They gave me a 1600.00 credit. I said, "Thanks but I'm paying cash." About 45 minutes later they pulled it in to check it.. They said I had a lot of stuff wrong, tie rod end, bearing etc.. Guess what this is going to cost? You got it... 1600.00. Now how odd is that. Getting my truck back tomorrow and praying they do a really good job.. Strange that the credit limit is also the cost I'm fixing to pay.. I'll let ya know... what are the chances.

Two years ago I'll let Firestone replace my belt on my 2011 Ford Fiesta. They assured me they could do the job so I let them do it the car fix my car because I've been a customer with them for over 15 years and I really did trust them. Well it's two years later I had to put over $8000 on a new motor to fix my car because their belt blew it up. I will never do business with anyone associate you with this company and because they say they can't pay anything on my car because their warranty with only for one year but the belt should've lasted more than two years. The original belt lasted for a lot longer than that.

I am a Firestone card holder. May 10th I brought my driveable fully functioning car to Firestone for an oil light flashing. They never called me back. On May 17th I called them to see what was going on. They told me the car had "a timing issue and probably needs a new engine." That same day I called customer service and they told me I would hear from a claims advisor In 48 hours. I called customer service again on 5/21 and they said he would call me in another 48 hours. On 5/23 he finally called me, telling me the timing belt jumped a few teeth and gave me a quote to repair the timing belt and water pump and would do the coolant flush free of charge for my inconvenience. I decided to get a second opinion, he towed it to Tires Plus (same parent company Bridgestone). They removed some parts to look at the timing belt and told me a tension pulley was broken. I asked for a written description, they could not provide one.

I talked to the claims advisor again on May 30th and wanted a 3rd party inspection. On June 14th I contacted customer service wondering why I wasn't called back, they told me to contact the claims specialist. I emailed him that day, he never replied. On June 19th he sent me an email denying my claim without ever speaking with me or getting any information from me. I emailed him back with evidence my car was running at Firestone when I brought it to them on May 10th. Still never heard back from him. I called customer service again on June 23rd. They told me to contact the claims supervisor. I left him a message that day. I am now still waiting on him to call me, on June 26th. My car was towed back to me and left on my street with a dead battery. Very disrespectful to their loyal customers.

Firestone in Springfield, Ohio (Upper Valley Mall) - by far provides the WORST customer service that I have ever encountered. I have been there twice now and both times I have been treated as an major inconvenience from the moment I walked in to the store. The first time the member was very aggravated because he had to input my information because it was not in the system. Today, I had an appointment for a simple oil change at 11:00 (my lunch hour). There was no one in the lobby and when the employee saw me, I was not greeted and again, I seemed to be an inconvenience. I gave him my key and went for a walk because it was a nice day. I returned 45 minutes later and my car was still in the parking lot. When I asked for my keys, I was offered no explanation or further customer care, he just said "here you go" and I left. Wow - are you kidding me? How does this place stay in business? I would say 0 stars but that was not an option.

Incompetent, Unreliable, Inefficient service provided by Firestone AGAIN. With past bad experience at Minneapolis Firestone (Hawthorne), I should have not gone to Firestone again. I had to go there because my engine light turned on and I was going to a hospital with my wife. Saw Firestone in Edina and thought to get it checked. I showed them the scan code P0301, they still charged $99 for diagnostics claiming there could be other reasons and they will thoroughly check. After their diagnostics, they told me that one ignition coil is totally not working and suggested changing all four spark plugs and all four ignition coils, plus cleaning the fuel injection system. Got that all done, also applied for Firestone's credit card offering 10% off. Still my total bill after 10% off was $800. Then in two days again the engine light came up with code P0300 (multiple misfire detected).

Now this time first they were trying to tell me that this is another code and could be charge for it. I somehow talked to them through this because multiple misfire is related and he agreed. Told they will take a look and will fix it without any charge. After their fix, they made up a story that there could be carbon in EGR valve and Firestone don't have tools to fix and all causing this but they cannot fix and told me to go to the Mazda dealer if the engine light comes again. Now after 5 days of their fix, again the engine light turned on with two codes now. P0301 and P0401. Now, I am not sure whether the things they changed and did that cleaning and charged me so much was really needed or not. Plus, I highly doubt the diagnostics. They charged $99 and couldn't find the real problem or just didn't do any diagnostics at all. 'Cause changing spark plug and coil was also suggested by the car scanning code at Autozone.

This is not the first time I had a problem with the Firestone. In Sept. 2018, I got the tires changed and I had to go back to them 7 to 8 times because my TPMS light used to turn up after them changing the tires and tire pressure used to be alright. Now that time also, after 7 to 8 visits they finally took off responsibility from their shoulders saying that, "We cannot do it. Please contact the Mazda service center." This time again after their two attempts, the second time they said the same to go to the Mazda. Then Why did I pay you so much and got parts changed from Firestone when you really don't know. And you try to get away with it without fixing it and moreover increasing the issues in the car. I am definitely not recommending to anybody to ever go there and I hope to get refund to all that was done for incompletely detecting the problem and not fixing it completely. Unprofessional and feeling cheated by Firestone, yet again the second time.

We had the brakes and rotors replaced at 7810 W 80th Ave, Arvada, CO 80005 on a GMC 4 wheel drive. On a trip to the mountains the brakes failed, overheated and began smoking. Even with a 12000 mile and 12 month warranty they refuse to replace them. Said they cannot prove anything is wrong after driving around the block but we should replace the rotors because they show signs of bluing which means heat damage. The truck is now unsafe to drive. On the paperwork after inspecting the truck they stated we refused to have the brakes and rotors replaced but that was never offered. They did offer to replace them if we paid for it again.

I had got a oil change done back in May 09, 2019. And haven't my oil change done that long and next thing you know. After paying for services and things like like then leaving my car was making a strange noise in the engine I took my car right back to the company. And complained about the noise. The employee and the manager tried to act as if I was going crazy because I was female and didn't know anything about cars I'm not that simple. Other than that. I got in touch with corporate about the problem and they was really nice and understanding and I appreciate them. But the manager over the store was all rude and felt some type of way and I'm the one who should have felt up type the fact it's my ride not theirs.

I went and took my car to a different location as the manager requested I do so. To see what the loud noise was and then the other store did everything else but found out what that noise was that was loud in my engine. And said everything was okay and even my oil level was low and I have pictures and witnesses to prove it. And the person never said it everything was good or not but was talking about other things that was needed to be done on vehicle. Which raised a red flag for me. I notice recently my oil light came on and I just had a oil changed done not too long ago from Firestone. Now I'm upset that could have done damage to my vehicle. Why did my oil run out so quick if my oil change was done properly? I need answers or I need a refund??

Had my car inspected. The next day the muffler was hanging off, they want no responsibility for it. Also had tires rotated and mark them just to see if they did them, weren't done. Give them so much business and all I do is listen to formality of what they do. Had it and won't give them business anymore. Don't trust.

I have been going to the Firestone located at 1001 Bridgewood Dr, Fort Worth, TX 76112. I have the lifetime alignment program with them and I have been complaining that their alignment program is not working. In the fall of 2018 I got 4 new tires from them as well as an alignment multiple times. I was heading to Houston this weekend and once I arrived I had a slow leak in my RR tire. I took it to Discount Tire and that is when I saw the worst looking tires I have ever seen. The back right tire had NO tread in the middle of the tire. The two front tires wore down to the metal on the insides, etc. All 4 tires had to be replaced.

The brand of tire that was used by Firestone had never been heard of by Discount Tire. The quality was supposed to be rated for 50K miles and they did not even last 8-9 months. I am not sure if your alignment machines are not calibrated correctly, or you sold me junk tires, but either way, I had to spend $540.00 to get 4 new tires and I want a refund for my tires. I also want someone from corporate to see if the alignment machine is calibrated or not. At this point, I believe this location is run by crooked people or incompetent people, I am not sure which. I have pictures of each tire, the tread wear and the date on these tires. There is no way to send those pics to you on this contact form but if you send me an email I will send them to you. Ask yourself if tires should look like this after 8 months if you get alignments.

I arrived upon opening to your Firestone Center at 8:00 on a Sunday, which I figured would be your slowest day and upon arrival I was told it would be 4+ hours to be serviced, meaning 5+ due to appointments and 2 mechanics. How can that be? I have been a member of Firestone for 15+ years. Totally unacceptable!!!

On 6/14/19 stepped out my door to go to work and my tire was flat. So I called AAA, in 15 mins they were at my door changing my flat tire. I have a warranty for these tires that are Firestone brand so I can take it to them to repair/replace it. I got to work called Firestone in Riverdale, MD where I purchased the tires. The girl told me that I could not get an appointment until 6/29/19. 2 weeks later. For a flat tire. Are you ** kidding me, really. So she gives me 2 numbers to a Tire Plus, this is their sister stores and they will help. So I called, made an appointment for the next day.

Get to the store standing waiting, then another woman comes in and he takes her before me. So she has an appointment for 1pm, same as me, but I'm not on the list and I called the day before and made my appointment. So he calls off all these names that are for 1pm. So now I have to make an appointment for for 6/16/19 just for a flat tire that is under warranty, that I already paid for. So unless you are paying hundreds of dollars for tires or others services from Firestone it is ** you and your warranty because it becomes a waste of their time and you are not a priority. Did not think it would be this much just for a flat tire that is under warranty. I know to stick with the smaller shops. I guess the small jobs are not big enough for your big britches Firestone.

Incompetence. For the second time we have taken my car to the Firestone Frisco on Preston Road locations and they were unable to correctly diagnose the problem. This time, they finally found the problem but ordered the wrong belts and were unable to get the correct one. We had to pay to have my car towed a second time to take it to the dealership. Firestone forced us to pay $200 to release my car and all we got out of it was one of two belts, UNINSTALLED, and a huge waste of my time. They are unknowledgeable on any car newer that 2000 and they are NOT "Complete Auto Care". All they really know is tires.

Don't waste your time or money! Now, we have been following up with their corporate office numerous times for months trying to get anyone to call us back for a refund. Managers, Directors, and Executives are all blowing us off by ignoring all of the messages for months now, just waiting for us to give up. They are ripping people off, wasting our time, and providing no service whatsoever.

I'm writing about my experience with at radiator repair at a Firestone complete care center in Fredericksburg VA. My daughter was traveling home to NC from Delaware. When her vehicle started to overheat. She pulled over and immediately called me. I informed my daughter to pull over and call roadside assistance. They determined there was a leak in her radiator. Roadside assistance got my daughter to the nearest FCC. Unfortunately I had to get my daughter back home to work the next day so I purchased a plane ticket for her. The next day I received a call from FS stating the radiator needed to be replaced. I authorized the repair of which I thought was extremely high over 900 for a 2005 Honda Civic radiator labor and parts. To make a long story short the vehicle was repaired I paid over the phone and my daughter picked the vehicle up the following weekend.

After about four hours of driving the vehicle began to overheat again. She stopped and called AAA and had the vehicle towed back to a Firestone in Belmont NC. The next morning I received a call from the second store stating the vehicle was improperly repaired in VA. As a result the vehicle has a blown head gasket and will need to be sent out to be repaired. My complaint at this point is that no one has called to update me on the claim process nor has anyone reached out to rectify my inconvenience, that is, provide a temporary vehicle for my daughter to drive while being repaired.

Additionally I think the cost of the initial repair was outrageous I priced a new radiator for the vehicle at less than 50 dollars and a radiator kit at 184.00. That is seriously overpriced. I have used Firestone for years and the service at least in NC has always been stellar. But their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. At this point I would settle for a phone call with information about next steps. The damage incurred to my daughters vehicle is clearly the mistake of Firestone in Virginia. I would think they would be a lot more prompt with resolution of the claim and speedy restitution. It is frustrating waiting on a call that never comes.

Because of words spoken to me when I picked up my vehicle and words printed on the invoice for approximately $1,200, I expected there to be no further cost to repair my air conditioning. After the installation of the new compressor, it states on paper that no leaks were found. Additionally, an employee told me the following: "You should be fine. If it blows hot air at you again in the next two to three weeks, just bring it in and we'll fix it for you." He then went on to mention something about a warranty being applicable. Additionally, I specifically stated that I had taken it to Honda and they did the initial test. In other words, if there was a leak, the dye would be visible.

Needless to say, I am now being told there is a leak and the condenser and line need to be replaced. The additional cost is over $500. I was offered free labor if I purchased the parts, but my research has shown the cost for the parts to be vastly inflated.

This is the second time in a row there are additional "issues" after I pick up my vehicle. A prior engine light led to my being told the top and side solenoid needed to be replaced. I paid for everything they told me I needed, only to have to return - losing a day's pay of $136.00 in the process - with the engine light on again. The reason? The side solenoid was never replaced during the initial visit (as I was told it was)! I had no choice - then - but to pay for everything that needed to be done. Again.

I am going through this with Firestone again, but refuse to hand away my money a second time. It is absolutely unfair and dishonorable to put me through this again. I am willing to continue with this repair for the price already paid - without bringing lost wages into consideration. If that is not possible, I will be challenging this charge on my Firestone card and canceling it. I am also going to look into replacing the compressor and returning the one installed by Firestone as the initial step towards a refund.

I can't even get one of the spineless weasels to call me back. I guess I need to go have a menopausal meltdown in their store. Over the years I have spent a reasonable amount of money at Firestone...whether it be oil changes or tires. I guess they won't miss me or my money.. That's okay. I live in San Antonio and am Hispanic. I will be sure to tell my primos and primas abuelo, tios and tias. I figure if I can get at least 4 of 'em to climb on board that will prob hit FS in the pocketbook a couple of grand. They can suck it!

On May 14 we were headed home on I-10 thru Lake Charles, LA, when we had a blowout on the car that we were towing behind our RV. We called Firestone on Ryan Street--and the guy said to have it towed in. Meanwhile, traffic on I-10 stopped completely for about two hours (because President Trump's motorcade was due by). When traffic resumed and the tow truck could reach us, we again called Firestone--who once again said to tow it in--which we did. The tow driver left the car at Firestone and the guy behind the counter told us he couldn't change the tire until the next day as other people had come in since he talked to us. He was not even nice about it. (It was about 4:30 pm and the store closed 2 hours later.)

We had reservations that night and were following other folks in an RV. We bought the new tire from Firestone and called an emergency roadside service truck, and that guy changed the tire in about 15 minutes--in the parking lot of Firestone. He charged us $100--and I would like for Firestone to return that money to us. I chatted online with a Firestone rep, who opened a complaint ticket for us--but did nothing. A rep called us the next day, apologized and said he was sorry it happened and "we don't do business that way"--BUT they did do business that way. A refund of the extra $100 would go a long way to soothing my burning sensation every time I think about what happened.

Took my car in for a Freon leak in my air conditioner and after 3 trips and a $1000 bucks later they finally fixed it. First time was told it was a leaking Schrader valve so they replaced both high and low side valves and recharged my system for almost $300 and less than a week later it's blowing hot air again. I popped my hood and one of the Schrader valves they replaced was leaking. You could see the dye coming out. I was skeptical about the valves being faulty from the beginning because I know quite a bit about cars myself and had already checked my valves with soapy water and they seemed fine but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

2nd trip took it back and they replaced their leaking valve and recharged it again but a week later here comes the hot air again. 3rd trip I asked how long they do the vacuum to make sure there are no leaks which should be 30-45 minutes and they assured me they did it properly but if they did it should not have taken 3 trips to figure out where the leak was. In the end I was told over the phone it was my condenser and that the part would be $350 and labor $200 for a total $550.

So later that day I go to pick my car up and my bill is $811 dollars. The guy assured me I heard him wrong on the phone. I looked up Condensers on Rock Auto and could have got one for $140 and had it installed for $200 at anther local shop I called. When I told him Rock Auto has them for $140 he argued that there is no way and that I needed to look again. It's an 2008 Ford Taurus SEL. Look it up and you'll see. A thousand dollars later and my air is finally fixed hopefully.

I really feel like I got the shaft. I should have known better to take it to a big box mechanic shop to begin with for a repair like this and just stuck with oil changes etc. The other shop I called said they charge that much on labor because it ties up a mechanic for a couple of hours at times when they could have did 10 oil changes in that time. If they don't make this right once I'm done paying them this small fortune I will be taking my business elsewhere!

I went to Firestone in Belleville, MI on Belleville Rd on a flat tire and was told by one of your customer service employees that they were closing in 20 minutes and it was nothing they could do for me. I advised him that my tire was completely flat and that I was unable to drive it. He still refused my business so I took my business and car next door to Belle Tire where they also told me they were closing in 20 minutes but they will be happy to change my tire and they did it in less than 20 minutes. I think the Firestone employee was rude with no regard of my safety, my business or your business.
